Who can use MateBloom

MateBloom is an AI companion and personal life assistant for adults aged 18 and older. Protect your account and use the service lawfully. Do not use it to harm others, exploit people, or bypass service protections.

AI and your decisions

Replies are generated by AI and can be inaccurate. MateBloom is not a person, emergency service, clinician, lawyer or financial adviser. You remain responsible for your decisions and should seek qualified support when appropriate.

Your content and controls

You retain your rights to your content. You permit the processing necessary to provide conversations and features you request, as described in our privacy policy. You can export your app data and delete your account using account deletion.

Availability and subscriptions

Network access is required. Usage limits apply and may stop new AI requests. Billing is currently sandbox-only and does not move real money. Live subscription purchase, renewal, cancellation and refund terms must be finalized before paid launch.

Operator and support

The legal operator name, support contact, applicable jurisdiction, dispute process and final retention terms are not yet supplied. Google Play publication remains blocked until these details are completed.
