Delete your MateBloom account
You can request account deletion from the website, installed PWA or Android app using the same account.
- Sign in to your MateBloom account.
- Open Settings and choose Delete account.
- Type DELETE MY ACCOUNT and confirm.
What is deleted
Your app profile, conversations, messages, memories, suggestions, journal, goals, plans, check-ins, saved messages and preferences are removed. An active Stripe subscription is canceled first; deletion stops with an error if cancellation cannot be completed.
What may remain
Anonymous cost totals without user links remain. Payment records, provider logs and infrastructure backups follow the providers’ retention and legal obligations. Final retention periods and an alternative support contact must be supplied before public release.
