In Memories, review suggestions, edit approved memories, mark them outdated, or forget individual memories. Turning memory off stops recall and new suggestions. Forget all memories clears saved memories and pending suggestions.
Each collection lets you manage your own conversations, journal, goals, plans, check-ins and saved messages. Settings provides a JSON data export and permanent account deletion with a typed confirmation.
