An AI companion with memory you control

Understand how approved memories give MateBloom conversations continuity—and how to turn memory off.

What memory is for

A fresh conversation can lose the context behind a goal or preference. MateBloom can retrieve relevant memories you have approved so you do not have to repeat everything. Not every detail is remembered or used in every reply.

Approval comes first

Memory suggestions are separate from approved memories. Review a suggestion before saving it, correct details that are wrong, and decide whether you want that information used in later conversations.

You can change your mind

Edit or delete memories, pin useful context, or mark a memory outdated. Turn memory off across sessions, or disable it for an individual conversation. This stops memory retrieval and new suggestions; it does not delete already saved records.

Know what is processed

Generating a reply sends your message, bounded recent conversation, profile and relevant approved memories to the AI provider. Read the privacy and data controls pages before sharing sensitive information.
